A non-refundable deposit (usually 70%) is required before work begins. Final payment is due before final files or site access is delivered. Long-term retainers or monthly services follow an invoicing schedule agreed upon in writing. Delays in payment may cause service interruption or late fees. - Revisions and Edits
Two revision round after initial delivery. Any changes requested after the final approval or exceeding the allotted rounds will incur additional charges, unless otherwise stated. - Cancellations and Refunds
Either party may cancel the project with written notice. In such cases, Wendiloveee will charge for all work completed up to that point. Deposits remain non-refundable once work has started. - Ownership and Usage Rights
After full payment, the client owns the final deliverables. Wendiloveee retains rights to display finished work in portfolios, marketing material, or design showcases unless the client requests otherwise in writing. - Limitations of Liability
Wendiloveee is not liable for any losses resulting from delays caused by third-party services, plugin conflicts, hosting providers, or client inaction. We do not guarantee exact results on platforms (e.g., reach, engagement, ranking) but we do commit to best practice execution. - Confidentiality

c. Revisions
Clients are entitled to two (2) revision rounds after initial development. A “revision” includes any requested changes, updates, or adjustments made after viewing the website’s preview or during post-development review sessions. d. Hosting and Management
All client websites are hosted on Wendy Love’s managed platform unless otherwise stated in the agreement. Hosting includes basic website maintenance, uptime monitoring, and technical support within the limits of the service plan chosen. Clients may request to migrate their website to a different hosting provider, subject to an administrative and transfer fee.
e. Ownership and Access
Clients will receive full access to their websites upon completion and full payment. For managed hosting plans, administrative privileges may remain with Wendy Love to ensure security and performance consistency.
f. Refunds and Termination
All web development services are non-refundable once design or development has commenced. In the event of early project termination initiated by the client, all completed work to date will be billed, and no refunds will be issued for payments made.
4. Client Responsibilities
To ensure timely delivery and quality output, clients agree to:

Respond to communications and review requests within a reasonable timeframe.
