Wendiloveee provides creative digital services including:
- Website design and development (WordPress, Shopify, CMS platforms)
- Social media strategy and management
- Content creation (graphics, copywriting, reels, etc.)
- SEO and web optimization
- Brand identity design and digital consultation
Service scope will always be defined in the onboarding brief or project agreement.
- Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate project details, relevant content, and timely feedback. Delays in response or incomplete submissions may shift delivery dates or result in extra fees. - Payment Terms
A non-refundable deposit (usually 50%) is required before work begins. Final payment is due before final files or site access is delivered. Long-term retainers or monthly services follow an invoicing schedule agreed upon in writing. Delays in payment may cause service interruption or late fees. - Revisions and Edits
Each package includes a specific number of revisions. Any changes requested after the final approval or exceeding the allotted rounds will incur additional charges, unless otherwise stated. - Cancellations and Refunds
Either party may cancel the project with written notice. In such cases, Wendiloveee will charge for all work completed up to that point. Deposits remain non-refundable once work has started. - Ownership and Usage Rights
After full payment, the client owns the final deliverables. Wendiloveee retains rights to display finished work in portfolios, marketing material, or design showcases unless the client requests otherwise in writing. - Limitations of Liability
Wendiloveee is not liable for any losses resulting from delays caused by third-party services, plugin conflicts, hosting providers, or client inaction. We do not guarantee exact results on platforms (e.g., reach, engagement, ranking) but we do commit to best practice execution. - Confidentiality
All project discussions, strategies, and client data are treated as confidential. We do not share or resell your content, assets, or information. - Communication and Availability
We primarily communicate via email, WhatsApp, or project dashboards (like Notion, Trello, or ClickUp). Office hours and response times are shared during onboarding. Urgent tasks outside scope or hours may attract priority fees. - Platform Dependencies
Clients understand that certain services (e.g., booking systems, SEO scores, ad campaigns) rely on external platforms or tools, which may have outages, policy changes, or limitations outside our control. - Amendments to Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. All updates will be shared in writing. Continued use of our services confirms your agreement to the revised terms.
