Do you feel like you’re more of an early bird or a night owl?
Waking up early in the morning and starting the day the moment the sun is up are usually the signs of a healthy lifestyle but some people can’t seem to function well in the morning. Some people just become for active and get more productive later at night. Some even linger in between and are more active in the afternoon.⠀
It’s not that difficult to believe as people are so dynamic that even our body clocks are synced differently from one another. Your colleague might be getting more done in the morning but some would prefer to work at night to get into deep focus and get tons of things done then. When you work on your side hustle, there is more freedom when it comes to planning out your day and if you have flexible work hours, you can get more done by working around your personal body clock.⠀
